Please read these Terms carefully before using pantas44. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
All pantas44 members must be 21 years of age or older. Age verification is conducted at registration and at withdrawal stage. Accounts found to be operated by underage users are immediately suspended and funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one registered pantas44 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension. All accounts must be registered in the member's own true identity — no proxy registrations are permitted.
pantas44 processes verified withdrawal requests promptly. Members must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. Wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with pantas44 or use any part of the platform. This age requirement applies regardless of the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older, that you are of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
2.3 pantas44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 21 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
2.4 Access to the pantas44 platform is void where prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pantas44 makes no representation as to the legal status of online gaming in any specific territory.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered pantas44 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. pantas44 relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.
3.3 pantas44 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and payment method ownership may also be requested.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. pantas44 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.5 Accounts registered using false identity, proxy registration, or information belonging to another individual will be permanently suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
4.1 All transactions on the pantas44 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX-linked bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating institutions.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment channel and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
4.3 Deposits are credited to your pantas44 account wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. pantas44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawal requests require completion of KYC verification. pantas44 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the FAQ, subject to verification status.
4.5 Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment channel used for deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering control measure. pantas44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or inconsistent with a member's deposit history.
4.6 pantas44 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources will be returned and the relevant account reviewed for compliance.
5.1 pantas44 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and reload bonuses to members from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry dates.
5.2 Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
5.3 pantas44 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect an offer already accepted by a member and actively in progress.
5.4 The use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer, or the use of any technique designed to exploit bonus terms beyond their intended purpose, constitutes bonus abuse. pantas44 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
5.5 pantas44 may, at its sole discretion, impose per-member limits on bonus eligibility. Members who appear to be depositing primarily to claim bonuses with no genuine intent to engage with the platform's standard product offering may have their bonus access restricted.
6.1 All sportsbook bets and casino wagers placed through pantas44 are governed by the specific rules for each product, accessible within the respective game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail.
6.2 Sportsbook bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity and maximum bet limits determined by pantas44 at its discretion. pantas44 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any wager at any time without providing a reason.
6.3 In the event of any technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, pantas44 reserves the right to void the relevant wagers. Settlements made in error will be reversed.
6.4 Live in-play sportsbook bets are accepted subject to real-time market conditions. pantas44 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled according to the applicable product rules.

8.1 All content on the pantas44 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, graphical assets, written content, and software — is the property of pantas44 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the pantas44 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and account management purposes. This licence does not extend to scraping, data extraction, or any use that would compete with or harm pantas44's commercial interests.
9.1 pantas44 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pantas44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
9.3 pantas44's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of funds held in the member's account at the time the claim arose.
10.1 pantas44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Members are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits, and bet limits using the tools available in their account settings. These controls are effective immediately upon activation.
10.2 Members who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a cool-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) or request a longer self-exclusion period directly from their account dashboard. During self-exclusion, pantas44 will take reasonable steps to prevent access to the account and will not direct marketing communications to the excluded member.

11.1 pantas44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
11.2 Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms by the member, pantas44 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including cash funds and bonus funds. Where account closure is initiated by pantas44 for operational reasons unrelated to member conduct, verified cash balances will be returned via the member's registered payment method.
11.3 Members may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting pantas44 support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to identity verification.
12.1 pantas44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to taking effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the pantas44 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the pantas44 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the terms of pantas44's operating authorisation.
13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account transactions, or bonus application, members should first contact pantas44 customer support with full details of the complaint. pantas44 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a complete complaint submission.
13.3 pantas44's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, subject to any right of appeal to the relevant licensing or regulatory authority under pantas44's operational authorisation.
